Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the maintenance, operation, and management of a golf course. You will liaise between the company, customer representatives, and the golf shop to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will develop annual budgets, coordinate agronomic plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining outstanding customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in all phases of golf course management and turf culture.
• Knowledge of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers maintenance.
• Degree or advanced knowledge in agronomy, horticulture, soil science.
• Strong administrative and executive abilities with computer proficiency.
• Certified or licensed for pesticide usage.
• Irrigation knowledge including systems, pumps, wells and controls.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance per contract specs.
• Develop long-term property improvement plans with the customer.
• Supervise equipment operation, maintenance and repair.
• Prepare annual budget estimates and agronomic plans.
• Procure and manage supplies for maintenance activities.
• Manage golf course staff including hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Administer BrightView Safety and BV360 programs.
• Represent BrightView positively in communications.
