Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Turf Management or Plant Science.
• Two years of experience in golf course maintenance or four years of seasonal golf course experience.
• Valid Idaho driver's license; pest control and herbicide applicator licenses are required or obtainable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train golf maintenance staff; communicate with the public.
• Direct work crews on scheduled maintenance projects; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Inspect assignments for quality and timeliness; keep head superintendent informed.
