Job summary

El Conquistador Golf Club in Oro Valley, AZ, part of Troon, seeks a Full-Time Assistant Superintendent. You will support the superintendent in maintaining the golf course to high standards and oversee daily maintenance operations.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, 3–4 years in turf management, and strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive compensation and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or AA in agronomy/ horticulture or related field.
• 3–4 years related turf maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and construction of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.
• Assist in planning budgets and capital plans for the golf course.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Procure supplies, manage costs, and maintain records and reports.
