Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Operator 2 for the Encanterra GC maintenance team in Queen Creek, AZ. The role focuses on grooming the course, bunker upkeep, mowing greens and tees, and operating riding machines under supervision.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of golf maintenance experience, basic understanding of golf, and a willingness to learn. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required; English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; golf maintenance knowledge preferred.
• 1–2 years golf maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of golf and minimal disruption to players.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Groom the golf course; bunker raking, green and tee mowing, and hand mowing.
• Operate riding machines and maintenance equipment.
• Follow supervisor directions and maintain safety protocols.
• Report equipment issues and participate in daily team communications.
• Maintain equipment and support foremen and superintendents.
