Job summary

Harbour Pointe Golf Club is seeking a dedicated, part-time Golf Course Maintenance associate to join our team. The position involves early mornings (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM), alternating weekends, and physical outdoor work to maintain course readiness for daily play.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and operate small gas-powered equipment.
• Experience with groundskeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily setup of the golf course, including changing pin locations.
• Adjusting tee locations and signs.
• Emptying trash receptacles and blowing debris off greens.
• Monitoring and maintaining traffic control areas.
• Adjusting ropes as needed to guide players.
• Ensuring the course is in excellent condition for players each day.

Position Details

• Part‑time position
• Daily schedule: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Alternating weekends required

Primary Responsibilities

• The main responsibility of this role is the daily setup of the golf course, including:
• Changing pin locations
• Adjusting tee locations
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Blowing debris off greens
• Monitoring and maintaining traffic control areas
• Adjusting signs and ropes as needed
• Ensures the course is in excellent condition for players each day

Working Conditions

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, twisting, and operating small gas-powered equipment
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
