Job summary

Northgate Country Club and Walden Golf Club in Houston is seeking a dependable individual to join our golf course maintenance team. This role focuses on keeping the course and surrounding grounds to a high standard, with early morning shifts and outdoor work.

You will perform mowing, edging, bunkers, greens, tees and general landscaping, operate maintenance equipment, and participate in seasonal projects. No prior golf maintenance is required, but helpful; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
• Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts.
• Experience in golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Saturday or Sunday: 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• Lunch provided Monday – Friday

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
