Job summary

Thompson Golf Management is seeking a dedicated team member to support daily operations at its courses across Arizona, Minnesota and Texas. The role includes staging carts, greeting guests, loading golf bags, cleaning the fleet, and assisting with banquets and on-course tasks.

Candidates should be able to stand 6–8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Able to multitask as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staging carts for daily play and tournaments.
• Greeting customers and assisting with loading golf bags on carts.
• Cleaning, washing, and detailing golf car fleet.
• Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
• Handpicking range due to inclement weather.
• Assist with banquet set up as needed.
• Assist in cleaning the golf restrooms and the vent center as needed.
• Empty trash bins on the golf course.
• Other duties as directed and needed.
