Job summary

Thompson Golf Group in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dependable team member to support daily course operations. You will stage carts, assist guests with loading bags, and maintain the golf car fleet while helping with range duties and banquet setup.

This full-time role requires standing 6–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Able to multitask as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Preferred: knowledge of golf or 1 year of guest services experience.

Responsibilities

• Staging carts for daily play and tournaments.
• Greeting customers and assisting them loading golf bags on carts as needed.
• Cleaning, washing, and detailing golf car fleet.
• Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
• Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.
• Assist with banquet set up as needed.

• Empty trash bins on the golf course.

• Cleaning, washing, and detailing golf car fleet.
• Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
• Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.
• Assist with banquet set up as needed.
• Assist in cleaning the golf restrooms and ethe vent center as needed
• Empty trash bins on the golf course.
• Other duties as directed and needed.

Primary requirements:

• Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of golf or 1 year of previous experience in guest services.

Compensation:

• Minimum wage plus tips
