Job summary

Thompson Golf Management seeks a team member to assist guests, manage the golf cart fleet, and support event setup across its Texas properties. The role emphasizes customer service, outdoor duties, and adaptability to weather and schedule demands.

Responsibilities include cart staging, range pickup, restroom and event center cleaning, and occasional banquet support, with a focus on maintaining course operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Able to multitask as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

• Operating a golf range cart to pick range.

• Assist with banquet set up as needed.
• Assist in cleaning the golf restrooms and the event center as needed
• Empty trash bins on the golf course.
• Other duties as directed and needed.
