The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to learn basic equipment operation. 1st shift, $16/hour, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn basic equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Available to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily course maintenance including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Rake bunkers and perform general landscape duties (weeding, trimming, debris removal).
• Set up the course daily by moving tee markers and checking hazards.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as aeration, overseeding, and leaf cleanup.
• Clean and maintain maintenance equipment and tools after use.
• Report issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the grounds.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the superintendent or crew leader.
