Job summary

Twice is seeking a Golf Course Landscaping Superintendent to oversee landscape maintenance and continuous improvements on the golf course. Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent with vocational training in golf course landscape maintenance.
• Three years of supervisory experience in golf course/landscape maintenance and basic irrigation principles.
• Valid Texas Class C driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates landscape maintenance staff.
• Plans workloads, assigns staff, and expedites workflows.
• Trains and evaluates staff; monitors progress and directs changes.
• Inspects course and equipment; recommends improvements.
• Requisitions supplies and records keeping; reports needs.
• Selects and applies fertilizers/insecticides/herbicides per license and guidance.
• Communicates needs to supervisors and colleagues; leads group tasks.
