Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscapes across the golf course, ensuring optimal playability and aesthetic appeal. You will perform routine mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and landscape tasks while following agronomy plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing minor repairs, maintaining clubhouse landscaping, and assisting with new course features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in landscape management.
• Primarily outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides per agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation systems as needed.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or deficiencies.
• Safely operate powered equipment like mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Keep equipment clean, well-maintained, and stored properly.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetation as directed.
• Ensure all areas on the golf course are free of debris and in good condition.
• Assist in constructing and maintaining new features like greens, tees, and bunkers.
• Complete daily tasks to meet club standards and quality expectations.
• Follow safety guidelines and club policies; participate in team and daily briefings.
