Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and surrounding landscapes to ensure optimal playability and aesthetics. You will perform mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, and landscape maintenance across the course while adhering to safety and club standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing routine repairs, and supporting course development projects. The role emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork, and commitment to excellence in a hospitality-driven club

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and manage irrigation to maintain optimal moisture levels.
• Identify turf issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies) and take corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely (mowers, aerators, sprayers).
• Keep equipment clean and stored properly; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain landscaping around clubhouse (flowerbeds, shrubs, trees).
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs for healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetation as directed.
