Job summary

Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, located near Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Comfort Station Attendant to ensure a great member and guest experience. You will open/close the golf food comfort stations daily, keep outlets stocked, and assist with simple food preparation and service of outlet menu items.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and some food or guest service experience; TABC license and food safety knowledge are preferred. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months food service or guest service experience.
• TABC license and State Food Safety Certificate preferred or obtainable.
• Knowledge of wines and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Keep outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked.
• Open and close assigned golf food comfort stations daily.
• Take food or beverage orders on course and relay to kitchen.
• Track specified food items on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
• Greet members formally by surname and provide service to guests.
