Job summary

Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is seeking a Comfort Station Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Service Department outside of Fort Worth, TX. The role opens and closes daily comfort stations, stocks snacks and beverages, and may involve simple food preparation and serving of golf course menu items.

You will contribute to a superior member and guest experience, ensuring stations are clean, organized, and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months food service or guest service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of TABC and local food safety standards; possess or obtain TABC license and Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Keep outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked.
• Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen when necessary.
• Track specified food items on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
• Greet members by surname and provide courteous service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
