Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Associate to deliver service to Members and guests during golf play. You will handle food and beverage sales, follow our standards, and assist elsewhere as needed in a dynamic club environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 3 months related experience (or equivalent), CPR/AED and CARE certifications, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work at different outlets and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Become certified in CPR/AED and CARE.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Sells food and beverage items to golfers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Follows service standards and maintains proper food handling and cleanliness.
• Proficiently uses MICROS Point of Sale.
• Maintains cash bank, records sales and performs daily deposits.
• Maintains accurate par stock and submits daily requisitions.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and stocks deliveries.
• Familiar with course activities, master accounts, and guest names when known.
• Adheres to dress code and appearance policies.
• Available to work in various Food & Beverage outlets and holidays as needed.
