Job summary

Pinehurst Resort is seeking a team-oriented lobby/bag attendant to greet guests and direct them to amenities. You will load and unload golf bags, clean clubs, and transport gear to storage after play. Maintain bag drop presence and assist with corporate group outings and guest transportation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and CPR/AED training every two years. Training is provided by the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to assist guests and teammates in a resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to resort amenities.
• Load and unload golf bags for play.
• Clean clubs and transport to storage after play.
• Maintain a visible bag drop presence.
• Assist golf professionals with staging for group events.
• Help guests with transportation needs and directions.
• Transport bags to storage and event areas as required.
• Wash and maintain golf carts and range balls.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Complete CPR and AED training bi-yearly.
