Job summary

The Ranch Country Club in Westminster, CO seeks an Equipment Manager who oversees a preventive maintenance program for all golf course assets, diagnoses and repairs equipment, and maintains parts and labor records to keep the fleet reliable.

Reporting to the golf course superintendent, you will train staff, prioritize repairs, supervise the shop, manage inventory and purchases, ensure safety, and communicate needs to leadership to protect course conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs for golf course equipment.
• Ability to train staff and oversee work assignments.
• Proficiency in computer use and records management.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses and repairs equipment on golf course maintenance fleet.
• Trains maintenance workers on preventive maintenance and safe operation.
• Prioritizes repair work and maintains budgeted preventive maintenance.
• Keeps complete records of equipment, parts, costs, and inventory.
• Oversees shop area maintenance and supervises equipment use in absence of superintendents.
• Recommends equipment purchases and leases.
