Job summary

Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located just outside Nashville, TN, seeks an Equipment Operator to join the Agronomy Department. This full-time hourly role involves operating a wide range of maintenance equipment to keep greens and landscapes in top condition.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience on a golf course maintenance team or similar construction.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and ability to operate/maintain various equipment.
• Prior golf course maintenance experience or related construction work is preferred.
• Knowledge of large and small engine operation and repair is expected.
• Knowledge of hydraulic powered machinery operation and repair is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment including tractors, loaders, backhoes, mowers and other maintenance gear.
• Mows greens, tees, fairways and rough using designated mowers and tools.
• Rakes and maintains sand traps and landscapes; performs manual trimming and prep work.
• Assists in renovations, construction, and annual overseeding; helps in greens/tees/fairways projects.
