Grasslands Club is seeking a dependable Golf Course Equipment Operator to help maintain our championship-level golf course at Grasslands Club – Gallatin, TN. This role supports exceptional playing conditions and a first-class member experience.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of consistency and care in course maintenance. Flexible Full-Time/Part-Time positions are available, with early mornings and weekends common.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and related tools.
• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other course areas according to established standards.
• Assist with course setup, bunker maintenance, edging, and debris removal.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet daily priorities.
• Maintain the overall appearance and playability of the golf course and surrounding areas.

Position Summary

Grasslands Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Golf Course Equipment Operator to help maintain our championship-level golf course. This role is essential to delivering exceptional playing conditions and supporting a first-class member experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of consistency and care in course maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and related tools

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other course areas according to established standards

• Assist with course setup, bunker maintenance, edging, and debris removal

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines
