Job summary

Troon, the world’s largest professional club management company, invites applications for a part-time Golf Course Equipment Operator at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL. You will operate motorized vehicles, maintain grounds, and support course maintenance.

Experience is preferred but not required. You will work with irrigation, mowing, fertilizing, and general landscape tasks to ensure a premier experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Golf course maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course.
• Working knowledge of the tools, methods and materials used in grounds and landscaped area construction and maintenance work.
• Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations.
• Ability to give oral and written instructions.
• Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation.

• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
• Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Course Equipment Operator ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing togrow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Operates motorized vehicles
