Qualifications

• Experience with small engines, mowers, hand tools, and turf equipment required.
• 6+ months of mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, bend and squat frequently, and stand/walk for extended shifts.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in golf course maintenance equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, fueling, and routine inspections.
• Service and adjust engines and cutting mechanisms on mowers and turf equipment.
• Set up and modify new equipment for optimal use.
• Maintain tools, parts, and service logs to ensure operational readiness.
