Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Technician at Concord Rocky River Golf Club in Concord, NC. The role covers inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing maintenance equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring operational readiness of turf tools.

Ideal candidates have experience with small engines, mowers, and turf equipment, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with small engines, mowers, hand tools, and turf equipment required.
• 6+ months of mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, bend and squat frequently, and stand/walk for extended shifts.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in golf course maintenance equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, fueling, and routine inspections
• Service and adjust engines and cutting mechanisms on mowers and turf equipment
• Set up and modify new equipment for optimal use
• Maintain tools, parts, and service logs to ensure operational readiness
