• Minimum five years of experience in golf course equipment management or similar role.
• CTEM or relevant technical certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and mowing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, repair, and calibration of all golf course equipment.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain service records, parts inventory, and operating costs.
• Manage the equipment repair and maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to prioritize equipment needs.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
