Woodholme Country Club in Pikesville, Maryland, seeks a Full-Time Equipment Manager to oversee the golf course equipment fleet, including mowers and utility vehicles. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and readiness to support daily operations, tournaments, and events.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent training with experience in diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and golf course equipment maintenance. Travel and physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with equipment maintenance or golf course maintenance preferred.
• Training in diesel mechanics or small engine repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of the golf course equipment fleet, including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, trailers, and small engines.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment performance, reliability, and longevity.
• Establish repair priorities and ensure equipment is prepared to support daily operations, tournaments, and special events.
• Manage equipment inventory, parts procurement, and maintenance-related expenses in partnership with the Golf Course Superintendent.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
