Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in mechanical repair or related field.
• Experience with golf course/landscaping equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire equipment maintenance shop operation.
• Maintain the equipment fleet to meet high golf course performance standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair programs.
• Perform daily mower setup and adjustments for reel and rotary units.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Order and purchase parts within budget.
• Organize and maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Track and manage repair activities with accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist in planning and tracking annual equipment budgets.
• Maintain a safe, clean shop environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train Greens staff on safe operation of equipment.
• Attend continuing education and training programs as needed.
