Job summary

Concord Country Club seeks an Equipment Manager to oversee all CCC-owned equipment, ensuring topproper maintenance and reliability for championship playing surfaces. Reports to Golf Course Superintendent and collaborates with two assistants and one technician.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, reel grinding, safety, and budget management. Candidates should have a mechanical background, GCSAA CTEM pref, and NH licensing. Concord CC offers health, retirement, and golf privileges.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have degree or certificate in mechanical field.
• CTEM through GCSAA preferred.
• Must possess valid NH driver’s license and NH DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all CCC-owned equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic defects in golf course machinery.
• Perform on-course emergency repairs when needed.
• Oversee grinding and adjustment of reels and mowing implements.
• Maintain fuel, oil, and inspections; ensure equipment readiness.
• Manage parts purchasing within approved budget and keep repair records.
• Collaborate with Superintendent on annual capital budget and 5–7 year replacement forecast.
