Job summary

Sassamon Trace Golf Course, owned by the Town of Natick, is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant for the part-time season (April through November). You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service and supporting daily clubhouse operations.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (about 10–20 hours/week) with responsibilities including reservations, check-in, POS transactions, and cart preparation.¸

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tee-time reservations and greet guests.
• Process merchandise sales using the POS system.
• Prepare and clean golf carts and maintain clubhouse appearance.
• Support daily clubhouse operations with computer systems.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
