Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH is seeking a Player Services Attendant to deliver excellent service to members and guests while supporting daily golf operations. You will focus on member interaction, course readiness, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism across the facility.

The role is seasonal (April–November) with base pay of $8.00/hour, with gratuities and daily tip pooling potentially increasing earnings to about $15.00/hour on average.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Build relationships with members through courteous interaction.
• Perform bag room duties: handling, storing, cleaning clubs.
• Stock driving range and maintain range presentation.
• Clean, stage, and park golf carts; ensure proper charging.
• Maintain cleanliness in bag room and surrounding areas.
• Uphold a neat, professional appearance of all player service areas.
