Job summary

Titleist in Oceanside, California, seeks a Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester to support the R&D team by conducting player testing, analyzing performance data, and generating technical reports. You will recruit participants, coordinate test programs, and manage test club logistics, driving reliable data for product decisions.

You will maintain performance databases, communicate results to engineers, and collaborate across teams to translate insights into improved golf equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PGA Membership a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years in golf club fitting or related golf education.
• Experience with TrackMan or similar launch monitor.
• Proficiency in MS Access and Excel.
• Strong understanding of golf swing and equipment-performance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and good communicator.
• Able to spend long days outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct player testing and collect performance data.
• Analyze performance data and generate technical reports.
• Recruit and schedule test participants and coordinate programs.
• Support test club logistics and participant communications.
• Maintain accuracy of performance databases and documentation.
