Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester to support the Titleist R&D team. You will conduct player testing, analyze performance data, and help evaluate next-gen golf equipment.

You’ll recruit participants, schedule tests, and manage test club logistics to ensure data integrity. You’ll use TrackMan or similar launch monitors, generate reports for engineers, and contribute to data-driven product development decisions while communicating results clearly to diverse

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; PGA Membership a plus.
Minimum 2+ years in golf club fitting or related golf education.
Experience using TrackMan or similar launch monitor for fitting/testing.
Strong computer literacy with Access and Excel.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Support Titleist R&D by conducting player testing and analyzing performance data.
Generate technical reports and insights for R&D engineers.
Recruit and schedule test participants and manage test clubs.
Coordinate consumer testing programs and logistics.
Maintain accuracy of performance databases and drive process improvements.
