Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester to support the Titleist R&D team. You will conduct player testing, analyze performance data, and help evaluate the next generation of golf equipment.

You’ll recruit participants, schedule testing programs, and manage test club logistics while generating reports for engineers. The role requires hands-on outdoor testing, strong communication, and a solid understanding of the golf swing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PGA Membership a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in golf club fitting and/or related golf education (e.g., PGA Member, Science Van experience, SDGA graduate, or Professional Golfers Career College graduate).
• Experience using TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology for golf club fitting, player testing, or performance analysis preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Access (tables, queries, and forms) and Microsoft Excel (formatting, formulas, and templates).
• Strong understanding of the golf swing and the relationship between golfer, equipment, and performance, with the ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct player testing and analyze performance data to evaluate equipment performance.
• Perform live testing using measurement technologies and established protocols.
• Generate technical reports and insights for R&D engineers.
• Recruit and schedule test participants; coordinate consumer testing programs.
• Manage test club logistics and support competitive product evaluations in key golf markets.
• Maintain integrity of player and product performance databases; drive data management improvements.
