• Previous R&D, lab, product testing, golf equipment, or mechanical testing experience preferred.

• Support product evaluation through golf club measurements, robot testing, player testing, and lab analysis.
• Prepare clubs, components, and test samples for evaluation by reviewing work orders and confirming test requirements.
• Operate specialized testing equipment including the golf robot, launch monitors, measurement systems, and lab tools.
• Collect, process, and track test data using Excel, statistical software, and R&D databases.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and test setup improvements.
• Support cross-functional testing needs while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe testing environment.
