Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking a Part-time Player Services Attendant in the Golf Operations department. The role involves providing excellent service to members and guests, maintaining professional grooming standards, and assisting with range and practice area setup and breakdown.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Starter, delivering clubs, stocking water, and upholding Bluejack customs. Prior hospitality or golf club experience is a plus; a Texas driver’s license is required, and shifts

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with members and guests.
• Willing to assist in other roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and assistance to all members and guests.
• Maintain a professional image and appearance at all times.
• Set up and breakdown of practice grounds and related areas.
• Coordinate with Starter to send groups to the course and prep range areas.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment, clubs, and range facilities.
• Support Bluejack customs, culture, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
