Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a Part-time Player Services Attendant in Texas. You will provide exceptional service to members and guests, manage practice grounds, and support golf operations with professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates have experience in upscale golf or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. The role requires a valid Texas driver's license and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, staff, ownership, prospective members and vendors.
• Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children.
• Requires excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent human relations skills, with a talent for motivating staff and members.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all members and guests.
• Conduct oneself professionally and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Maintain a clean-shaven appearance to uphold grooming standards.
• Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
• Resolve member complaints and represent Bluejack National at all times.
• Champion Bluejack customs, culture, and guidelines.
• Set up and break down of practice grounds and related facilities.
• Coordinate with the Starter to manage group flow to the course.
• Clean clubs after use and manage range maintenance tasks.
• Provide water and maintain restocking stations around practice areas.
• Keep outdoor furniture clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and debris from practice grounds as needed.
• Assist with transporting players' bags to and from carts.
• Address broken tees and divots during sessions.
• Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.
