Job summary

Invited in Magnolia, TX is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at our clubs. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading bags, marshalling carts, promoting events and course conditions, and collaborating with golf staff to keep the shop stocked and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bags, prepare for play, answer questions, offer etiquette guidance, and provide post-round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and report issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and exterior spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment such as range balls for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep the Golf Shop stocked.
