Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf, part of the TPC Network, is seeking an Outside Operations Staff member in Duluth, GA. You will be the first Club representative for members and guests, assisting with golf-related needs and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience, with flexibility for shifts and weekends. You will help maintain golf cars, assist in the practice facility, and uphold club rules and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• At opening, pull all golf cars from the car facility to the bag staging area.
• Remove golf bags from vehicles and load them on a cart; drive as needed.
• Provide information to help guests in playing the course, e.g., yardage markers.
• Supply clean, stocked golf cars with towels, scorecards, pencils, and divot repair material.
• In the evening, return golf cars to the facility and plug into chargers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly Golf Car Facility.
• Perform periodic car maintenance and update service records.
• Support the practice facility and maintain balls, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Assist guests as they depart, ensuring clubs are cleaned and secured.
• Adhere to club rules including dress code and beverage policy.
• Special projects or other duties as assigned.
