Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT is seeking a full-time Guest Services Attendant to help deliver a positive experience for our members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Ideal candidates will enjoy engaging with guests, assisting with bag handling and club cleaning, and supporting start of play coordination to ensure smooth, welcoming service for all visitors.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
