Job summary

SaddleBrooke TWO in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to support members and guests and grow knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will help deliver a positive guest experience and contribute to club operations.

Responsibilities include bag handling, club cleaning, educating players, directing play, managing rental records, assisting with food/beverage activities, and maintaining safe work practices. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
