Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a General Manager for Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, Ohio. The GM will lead golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role partners with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to drive programming, pricing, and long-term financial plans while recruiting and developing a high-performing team. Equal opportunity employer; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the golf, service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Effectively builds strong relationships, leads and develops a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all departments to include golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Partner with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to create and execute programming, marketing plans, sales and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute short term and long term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Responsible for the selection, development, leadership and retention of staff.
• Ensure compliance with national programs and Beverage/Menu standards.
• Monitor forecast and results daily/weekly and adjust to achieve targets.
• Ensure staff provides excellent guest service and address feedback.
• Ensure club is compliant with all laws.
