Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories).
• Assist with front-end operations: returns, exchanges, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Maintain clean, well-presented Hard Goods areas and ensure merchandise is stocked and visible.
• Provide world-class customer service to build lasting relationships.
