Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Florida is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in simulators, putting green, club repair and accessories, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, provide product knowledge, support club fittings, and maintain a premium merchandising presentation. A friendly, team-driven attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move around the store, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service.
• Engage Customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories).
• Maintain front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, discounts, etc.
• Keep Hard Goods areas merchandised at premiere stock/visual level to drive sales.
• Maintain clean, safe, and operational Hard Goods areas and equipment.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and fitting techniques.
