Job summary

Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality for our guests. You will assist with upkeep of Great Shots and provide courteous service including bag handling and golf club cleaning.

Responsibilities include educating players about the game, directing start of play when needed, maintaining records for golfers renting clubs, servicing rental clubs, helping with food and beverage activities, and following safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 1 month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
