Job summary

Kinston Country Club in Kinston, NC is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to support golf operations and guest experiences. You will manage the cart fleet, assist players, and uphold course policies with a professional demeanor.

The role reports to the Head Golf Pro and contributes to events and tournaments, while maintaining carts, carts’ cleanliness, and readiness for play. Training provided for safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of golf rules preferred.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies and regulations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Move carts from the cart barn in the morning and return at day’s end.
• Clean, water, check carts after each use and restock as required.
• Clean and maintain cart barn area.
• Ensure carts are available for players at all times.
• Receive and communicate complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Assist Golf Shop staff with tournaments and events.
• Support all course policies and programs as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
