Job summary

Make Golf Your Career is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to support the golf operations team. You will manage the golf cart fleet, assist players, and help run the driving range under supervision of the Head or Assistant Golf Professional.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service, solid communication, and a friendly, dependable attitude, with willingness to work weekends/holidays and extend hours during peak season.

Qualifications

• Strong customer/guest orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable with a friendly personality.
• Knowledge of golf rules preferred.
• Learn and enforce course policies and rules.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and work extended hours.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, fuels, and checks carts after each use.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Pro Shop.
• Works closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
