Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC seeks a part-time Golf Cart Attendant to support members and guests while contributing to the club's operations. You will help maintain the cart fleet, greet guests, and assist with bag room duties and event coordination.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This role offers a friendly team environment and exposure to golf club operations at Troon-managed facilities.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the game of golf.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail golf carts daily, including tires, tow bars, windshields, seats, and information sign holders.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform bag room duties, including cleaning clubs and transferring clubs.
• Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings.
• Assist with coordinating outside services for golf tournaments.
• Ensure a consistent presentation in accordance with Troon standards.
• Help protect assets and secure guest and rental clubs.
• Maintain golf course equipment and facilities, including carts, workstations, range areas, and trash receptacles.
• Transport guests and sales representatives to and from the Sales Pavilion.
• Ensure carts are returned and secured at day’s end.
