Job summary

Royce Brook Golf Club in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a Cart Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality‑driven team. You will assist with clubhouse upkeep, cart storage, and guest services, providing bag handling, club cleaning, and tournament support.

The role offers a starting wage of $15.92 per hour, requires a HS diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service experience, and includes eligibility for Troon benefits as part of a global golf‑management leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience or training recommended.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area, cart storage area, and cart wash down area in a neat, clean condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Assists players by educating about course and cart policies and speed of play.
