Heybike is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support & Parts Specialist to support our U.S. golf cart dealer network. This role blends basic vehicle troubleshooting, dealer technical support, parts inventory management, and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has practical mechanical or electrical knowledge, strong English communication, and a careful, organized approach to service requests and parts operations. On-site work in California is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, vehicle repair, or parts operations.
• Golf cart or low-speed vehicle experience preferred; powersports experience welcome.
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems; ability to learn batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, wiring.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and technical documents; multimeter testing a plus.
• Strong English communication; patient, service-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide dealer support by phone, email, and video for product questions, basic troubleshooting, and parts identification.
• Review fault descriptions, photos, videos, and test results to assess issues and advise next steps using approved service information.
• Document and escalate complex issues to internal technical team and follow through to resolution.
• Identify correct replacement parts using vehicle models, serial numbers, and catalogs.
• Receive, organize, and track spare parts; conduct inventory counts and flag shortages.
