Job summary

Richmond Equipment is seeking an experienced Small Engine / Golf Cart Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on gas and electric golf carts and UTVs in a hands-on, in-person role.

This non-entry level position requires 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience, the ability to diagnose problems (not just replace parts), basic electrical troubleshooting, and possession of your own tools. You will work independently in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Must own your own tools.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Perform repairs on gas and electric golf carts and UTVs
• Conduct preventative maintenance services
• Troubleshoot wiring systems, batteries, solenoids, controllers, and components
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
