Leap, Inc. Kierland Commons location is seeking dynamic Sales Associates who deliver elevated, personalized experiences and build loyal client relationships.

You are a true golf enthusiast with knowledge of the sport and culture, ready to engage clients on the sales floor with product storytelling and hospitality.

This role may include opening/closing duties and potential coverage for other brands; familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge and current events awareness in the sport are required.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing environments with strong service.
• Strong selling skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and present product knowledge.
• Customer-first mindset with hospitality and brand experience.
• Adaptable, solutions-oriented and professional in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales initiatives and engage clients to drive conversion and loyalty.
• Maintain visuals and operational standards with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates; may have opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities.
• Support other brands within the Leap platform during openings, activations, and coverage needs.
